This is where you'll find a lot of Kamina's more fundamental public areas, such as the library, park, hospital, and cemetery. There are also apartments to be found here. It is only about a five to ten minute bus ride from most of the other city districts.

Most businesses are situated here. A lot of locals come here during the weekends and at night.

This is an older part of town, preserved through centuries or restored by those looking to keep Ryoutei's history alive even as their population grows and becomes more urban. However, like in many historic districts, there are always whispers of strange happenings related to past residents...

This is a section of town that most will not visit for long periods of time. It is the shell of a time when there was heavy demand for industrial labor, but the factories have long since shut down, the buildings are derelict, and it is frequented by the destitute, the outcast, and the hopeless. The atmosphere here is gloomy and barren.

This area of the city is clearly marked, so it's unlikely that you'd end up here by accident.

Ryoutei's newly-established university, welcoming students and faculty from all over the world (and some, not of this world) sister school to the nearby academy. Students graduating from Ryuotei Academy have an option to attend the college fast tracked.

This is where you'll find most of the residences and more natural elements.
