Hello again! I wanted to make a quick note about labeling threads.

There have been a few threads that were made recently that are listed as "Open" but are really only open to a select few individuals. Now, I first want to say that there is nothing wrong with this format for a thread! However, the label "Open" can cause a bit of confusion if this is the case. But if it's not a Closed thread either, what is it?

An Open thread means it's open to anyone who wants to join.

A Closed thread means that it's between a specific set of agreed-upon muses, full stop. These can also be indicated by putting the name(s) of the muse(s) - not including the OP - involved, with or without the "Closed" label.

Invite-Only means that people can join, but only if it's discussed and agreed upon beforehand with the OP and whoever else is involved.
