I'd say we get along
Although reasonably easy to get along with when you can get him to stay focused, the professor isn't really that good at making "friends". He'll be on good terms with people, sure, but maintaining non-professional and non-familial relationships just isn't a priority for him. It's not impossible, however - just keep in mind that he'll largely think of you as a colleague, acquaintance, or student first.
A Difference Of Opinion
Enemies? Not really. Dr. Harding finds that adverse relationships aren't really worth fussing over either unless they pose an immediate threat to himself or his family. A hunter may find themselves viewed with a touch of suspicion and will find it easier to get on his so-called, "bad side", but that's not saying a whole lot. He usually will give most people a chance if he thinks he can facilitate a change for the better.
Other
As mentioned before, he largely prioritizes familial and professional relationships above 'personal' ones, so most people he interacts with will end up here. This will include co-workers, acquaintances, fellow researchers, and even understudies/interns.
