Karl Heinz and his wives, and Richter are not available for application by the gen public. They will be written by admins or admin upon request. Any and all outside of the boys will be up for interaction for personal plot advancement upon request.
Ruki isn't really much of the social butterfly or the one who usually seeks any form of being acquainted with others. Because of his venomous, intellectual form of speaking, he can seem quite intimidating and uncommunicative. In order to speak with the eldest of the Mukami's, you must be the first person to start the conversation with him and since Ruki does find time rather valuable on his part, the conversation should mostly involve around something important or enough to reach his intellectual standards so he can be engaged and intrigued. He's very much of a businessman-like type so you must at least have some sort of knowledge or else you'd be considered someone inferior to him.
ENEMIES
To become Ruki's enemy is by far the easiest, unlike the former above. Provoke him and you already have become a nuisance. He has almost little to no tolerance for people with some certain personality traits, mainly ones who are just very annoying, ignorant, sassy and unreasonably vulgar. He also doesn't tolerate with those who literally waste his time. Ruki also can be very harsh on his words and with enemies, he would literally have a full-on ammo of blunt words to shoot you down with for his own pride, defense and triumph. To avoid this, be wise and try not to get on his bad side or just avoid him, in general. Simple as that.
OTHER
You only managed to just pass by Ruki and said a couple words and nothing further? Then this means you're just someone Ruki just met and that's all. He has views of you, doesn't really consider you a friend but nor does he consider you an enemy. For that you should be honestly lucky to be on this spot instead of being his enemy since he's not really one who will sugar coat his words for you. However, despite you being on this section, it is more than likely that you're still inferior to him in his eyes, no thanks to his pride of being a nobleman who fell from grace.
I would certianly like Grace and Ruki to i meet be it either out on the street or while she's running messages like the good dog she is. Grace would be very likely to try and strike some sort of conversation with him, but other than that I have no idea -_-;

Well knowing how Ruki can be, I don't see why he would just be out on the streets or anything like that since it doesn't seem like him. If anything, he would pay no mind to Grace unless it was something important for him.

Once we can repost their first thread i would love to get "Yunneth bugs the shit out of Ruki Part 2" on the way XD But seriosuly though, I have one idea that maybe he is walking through town and sees she is working at a neko cafe (they have outside seats) and she is talking with "meows" and saying "Nya" after every sentence. Maybe he stops by to bug her or something? Another idea i had is maybe she is on her way to the nurses office and is bleeding and just happens to walk by him.
Which ever works or maybe you have some ideas you can pass along. Either is good!
Uh, so... I'm not sure, but I have an idea that these two would meet again somewhere (a bookstore, maybe? Or the public library?), accidentally. Seri would desperately try to ignore Ruki and mind her own business, despite the fact that she's still kinda salty about their previous meeting, but then something bad happened, and being the quick-tempered and easily suspicious woman that she is, she started to pick a fight with Ruki. Depends on the situation, it could be purely verbal or escalates into something more physical...

Well I don't know to be honest about that since I'm not sure if OC's are supposed to have any knowledge about any canons before meeting them on this site so Karlheinz would have to be out on that unless Grace knew about Karlheinz but she hasn't met him since we don't have a Karl on here so that's out. As for another party from the demon world, I guess but I can't see Ruki getting involved with other parties of the demon world.

I can already see her losing to Ruki in the arguments badly and not only she would ended up having a massive migraine (cue her officially using that nickname), maybe she would also ended up utterly embarrassed, either because Ruki was not in the wrong at all, or because he decided to use his knowledge about her to get his point across (or both?).

I personality think he will be bothered at first when he meets her but that is just my thoughts on the subject, but assuming I am correct on my thoughts maybe it could be possible for them to slowly build a friendship in the near future, if not that is okay too. I like how our thread is currently progressing and I hope to further develop those two. XD

We will just have to wait and see how this thread progresses and see how it goes. It'd be a surprise to see Ruki having friends for once, knowing how much of a shady brick wall he can be. XD We'll just have to see if Alisa has what it takes to impress him.
