[attr=class,lovesays] Rin has some difficulty when it comes to the matter of friendship, having lived a rather sheltered life out in the countryside within the confines of the Hakuryu clan. Thus she has little understanding of relationships beyond family. In social gatherings she is somewhat out of her element and has a tendency to put on airs in order to maintain her composure. This tends to do more harm than good, building walls between those she would rather like to get to know. However, once she becomes accustomed to an individual she is able to relax and let her true nature show. Rin has a gentle heart when concerning those she cares about and is also rather protective of them. She considers herself more aware of the supernatural dangers plaguing the world and seeks to keep her friends safe. Though cautious at first, to be considered a friend of Rin is not only a sign of trust but the promise of a loyal companion.

[attr=class,lovesays]Do not let her small stature and juvenile features fool you, Rin is certainly not someone you want to make an enemy of. To those against her she is merciless, practically emotionless, and willing to take any measures to eliminate them, or at least keep them at a distance. Once she is wronged, Rin will hold a grudge that will not be easily forgotten and forgiveness is practically out of the question. Having been betrayed in the past, if her trust is broken you are as good as dead to her. Should an individual be of the supernatural persuasion, they should consider themselves already on poor terms. Though only sixteen, Rin was raised in the ways of a hunter and educated on the inherent evil of the monsters that are her prey. While her target is set on vampires in particular, she has little trust in other supernatural beings. If one is so unfortunate as to become her enemy, Rin will be dismissive, if not avoidant, all the while waiting for the perfect moment to exact her revenge.

[attr=class,lovesays]Like friends, the concept of love beyond familial is practically foreign. In her childhood she hardly had the time or even the chance for innocent crushes, which has led her to be practically ignorant to love in her teenage years. The idea of becoming physically close with another individual is repulsive to her and to know one on a deeper emotional level is something she hardly expects to experience. But should she get to know someone well enough and newfound feelings were to develop, Rin would likely not know what to do with them. She would be a flustered mess, like anyone with their first love. However, just as she would be loyal to a friend, to know another on an even deeper level of love would indicate complete faith and unwavering devotion.
